he was legit unstoppable today.. he looked like bolt in some of those runs against zabaleta, and unlike gareth bale he runs and does dribbles at the same time, bale just runs in a straight line and prays there isn't anyone in front of him.. also if he wanted he could've scored 3 or 4 goals, he tried to make fancy goals.. thats one thing you can criticize him today, but other than that....

Bale does also come with some pretty neat trickery nonetheless. Obviously less agile than Neymar but that man has some speed and physics.

On another note, Mascherano has no place playing in midfield anymore. He was getting torched all game long..

Looked much better then his recent games with Barcelona.

If a player is so different from national team/barca then it is only logical to assume that his role + also what coach tells him to do are different, also the mental compatibility. In comparison with Messi and Argentina its almost the total opposite way. For Brazil Neymar clicks with his teammates and plays differently, with more confidence and success as well. With Barca, he only clicks with Suarez/Messi, but not with anyone else and performances are meh. What annoys me most about Neymar this year is the fact that he rarely passes to anyone else apart from Messi/Suarez and that is a problem. IN recent games ive seen several moments where Digne has made a good run, just to be ignored completely by Neymar. Saying that, i really do not want to sell him or bench him, because no matter how much he loses possession and does his dumb tricks, he generates 5+ dangerous moments for us in every game noone else could and has really good work-rate in defence, which is so imporant for us at the moment. His skills havent dissapeared, Brazil match just proves it, Lucho needs to work the teamwork out though and make his passing range more diverse.

The difference btw him at Barcelona and Brazil is feckin huge.
He would be so good playing at Real Madrid or Atletico knowing all the space they have when they counter attack.

I think the difference in his play for Barca and Brazil is that we are on fire since Tite took over. Barca hasn't hit their stride yet.

The amount of crap that Ney takes on this forum is ridiculous, he is an amazing talent and we are fortunate to have him in a Barca shirt.

You, and others like you, seem to have forgotten that he played a big part in about every big trophy that has been won in recent years. So he plays bad at times. Big fucking deal. What's this, the discovery of the century?
