How does he stack up with other strikers in ALL goals the last 2, 3 years?Very, very high. CL footy is just footy for a fewer number of matches and the ones of most importance are march-may.
Get CF a legit alternate and we can get more out of suarez in fewer matches, good thing all around for the club.

unfortunately, none of our attackers were able to convert a single chance in the return leg. that's why we didn't qualify.
when you look back to 2015 we had the same 3-0 advantage. bayern pressured us well enough in the return, but our attack was clinical and mats pulled off the save of the year. details that were the difference between a double and a treble.

replace neymar with coutinho and prime suarez with drunken donkey suarez of now. it's fair to say they would have battered us and a 3-0 or 4-0 could have been easily possible.

The rest of the team can live with Messi not running because he still performs, carries the team on his back and wins them titles.
They won't put up with it from Suarez when he's not performing.

Suarez wouldn't be that cocky if he didn't have Messis protection.
Some youngster would even punch him if he started to shout at him but with Messis protection he has a free ride to do and to play whenever he wants

Fabregas was even closer to messi than suarez, and he was benched and sold, aguero is messis best friend he is always either benched or doesnt even make the argentina squad, but suarez gets special treatment??
the one player you cant blame valverde for starting is suarez, he is our only striker in the team, the board fuked up with boateng, maybe if they brought a stronger reserve striket we would be in a better situation

Fabregas milf was anto’s bff as Suarez is to Messi these days.
Suarez has clout due to his achievemebts but being Messi’s friend really helps him do whatever he wants.
He should be benched next season. But it wont happen and he would not take it well either.
Let's bench the leading scorer in la Liga after Messi and replace him with ???
