Jürgen Klopp

I don’t think he’s going to like being tagged as a revival-specialist. Mourinho already had it and he got burned by it. If people expect you to actively restore prestige, you get less time to do what you need to do. At Liverpool he had all the time in the world because fans were desperate. Milan faithful will feel more entitled, so will everyone around the situation.

He doesn’t fit Barcelona. He might take you up on it eventually when you’re utterly desperate and humbled, but so long as fans feel orphaned after Messi declines and will feel entitled to get back on top, he will not want to be a part of it.

As much as I hate to say it Klopp would not be a good fit for the club. He's too fiery and blue collar for a club like Barça. That's the character only. His football is also different. It requires alot of speed, Strength and motivation. In his current first 11 only Loren is not a good athlete. The rest are.

Why wouldn't he stay at Liverpool? In todays Sheikh, Russian and Roll EPL I don't think any Liverpool fans would expect him building an SAF dynasty of league trophies. If anything the credit of winning the league would allow him to stay doing his thing for as long as he wants.

The key for him would be player (and his own) motivation. As long as he has the power to rejuvenate seniors and get his own signings (which clubs de Amigos like here doesn't allow) then he can't really find a better job in world football than Liverpool.

I also see him staying. He built this team, nobody in his starting eleven is 30+ so they still have many years at the top.

As long as the motivation of his players is there he'll want to stay and basically play on autopilot tactically, now that everyone are cohesive.

I don't think he'll be better off somewhere else. Maybe he'll want to manage the German NT some day though.

I can see him at Atleti next. They are already hard working and good in defense, he just needs to make the attack function and they would become a force.

He could choose any team in the world. Why would he choose Atletico?

They seem to be the ideal fir for him. Passionate fan base, under achieving side, strong work ethic, physicality. Plus the weather in Spain is much better than England. He's complained that he doesn't like the weather and wants to move to a warmer climate.

Also his high intensity style doesn't have longevity. Am would be great fit for him.

🔴 The majority of the people within the board want a coach with a Barça past, but there are some people who prefer someone who shakes up the squad.

🔵 One of the options being considered is Liverpool's Jürgen Klopp.

He could choose much better teams than Liverpool at the time too, but he still settled for them.

What teams were these? If I'm not mistaken the only so-called "better" team who were actually in for him at the time were Manchester United, and he rejected them. The actual reasons are not clear, but one alleged reason was that the club's higher-ups tried to sell him the idea that United was like "Disneyland".

He'll leave before then. They have max one more year for this cycle to end. He'll try rebuilding and then leave once it doesnt work.
