Pity that Liverpool can never quite sort themselves out, i would rather have them still being a top club than the likes of City and Chelski.
Well, they havent been a top club in a while.

They took a step back this summer, even though they kept Coutinho (who will leave anyway, except this time they won't have CL football to attract players and perhaps not even Klopp).

Klopp is a bellend and one of the most unlikable managers in the world.

Glad he's crashing and buning.

I really thought that under Klopp they'll be a force to be reckoned with. Something is off in his relationship with Liverpool.

His team and overall setup is top heavy at the moment. He has a great attack in Mane-Firmino-Salah+Coutinho but behind them though yikes. They don't have a real DM and the defense is bad not just systematically but also individual quality wise. I think the only one I currently rate out of all the defenders is easily Clyne but he's injured right now and their Goalkeepers aren't great either.

They bought Keita but he's another B2B Midfielder. The question is does Klopp think adding two B2B midfielders in the Midfield+ a new CB will be enough to limited the massive defense issues they have?

So when do y'all think he'll ride off into the sunset? If they deliver the title, his work is basically done. He will have taught the freckled bullied nerds how to kick ass of the big fat bullies who for 30 years picked on them for having a habit of never getting it done.

At the moment Liverpool have everything going for them, disgustingly so, every 50/50, even referee inclinations. Either at some point they'll lose focus, fall back to the old habit and bottle, or they'll kill the Boogeyman and grow the fuck up. If they win Milner, Hendo, every average role player like Wijnaldum, Shaqiri will become obsolete and they'll need to focus on becoming the dynasty with VVD, Trent, Mane leading the pack. Definitely not with Klopp who gives no shits about titles.

It'll be amusing to watch the transformation of the fans. If they actually win, every fan born after 1985 will have an existential crisis. They will no longer have the need to feel sorry for each other and might just get bored to come to games and sing the song symbolising this unity in the face of now nonexistent hardship

I wonder where Klopp would go next if he doesn't evolve his approach. I think probably only Atleti or Napoli fit the bill.

They'll win the title this season and finish outside top 4 next season, with Klopp at the helm or not.

This season they win something big for sure. Either only the PL, or the CL-PL double. After that it becomes hard to sustain it, and he will probably leave. It takes a lot to be part of two cycles at a single club nowadays.

Maybe he'll try to revive Milan next?

I don’t think he’s going to like being tagged as a revival-specialist. Mourinho already had it and he got burned by it. If people expect you to actively restore prestige, you get less time to do what you need to do. At Liverpool he had all the time in the world because fans were desperate. Milan faithful will feel more entitled, so will everyone around the situation.

He doesn’t fit Barcelona. He might take you up on it eventually when you’re utterly desperate and humbled, but so long as fans feel orphaned after Messi declines and will feel entitled to get back on top, he will not want to be a part of it.
