De Ligt, De Jong, Piatek (probably around 220 million all together, 150M for the Dutch boys and 60-70 for Piatek). Would spend the remaining 80 on full backs.

A CB, a cheap back-up LB (like Digne) and a strong, pacy midfielder (ideally Ndombele), Rabiot for free if Rakitić is sold. Hopefully all for cca. 150 mil. Wouldn't jump the gun with youngish CFs yet.

If De Jong is gone?

Aouar for 60m?

Rabiot for 20m if his wage is reasonable?

And one or two CBs, depending on whether Umtiti's career is over or not.

United can extend for another season. He wouldn't come for free.

Saving 100 mil for the next summer would be ideal. Or possibly use it to reduce debt.

300m to spend seems like about 150m more than we probably will spend.

That's similar to my list. M. Gomez is the most experienced among all the new shiny CFs, + he plays in Spain. Also, not too much of a risk. 40ish mil clause. Would be a good buy.
