So all in all a no-go right now - when Alba lose his pace in 3 years time we can pick him up on a free transfer, though
Alaba will be 28/29 by then though.
I think these rumours are BS. No doubt that we are following Alaba and if he'd suddenly become available we'd go after him but just don't see Bayern selling him even if we'd be prepared to pay 100M or more which I don't believe we are. And he's also not worth that much.

Alba substitution would be just one of his roles... Others are cb and dm/cm

According to SPORT we are still interested in Max Meyer who would come for free next summer. Honestly I haven't seen much of him but he is rated very highly. Apparently a favourite of Robert. Getting a CM this summer and Arthur next winter/summer sounds like a good plan.

Imagine another guy here who can play cdm and cm.
We cannot consider Messi and Dembele as midfielders
Rafinha, Denis and Gomes should be out next season. No place for Samper
Raki, Busi and Paulinho are 30 next season and we need more fresh blood with young players to take over from them over 2-3 years

Delofeu was easily man of the match tonight by a long way .
It's the best I've seen him play ever ... for lowly Watford against Chelsea all stars ..... he completely overshadowed Hazard who was MIA again apart from scoring a consolation goal in the 83rd minute- good goal though .

Hazard has been good this season.

They do have an issue with player power but Barca players spoke well of Lucho.
