We bought Semedo for €30M and we bid €100M for Verratti before we sold Neymar for €222M.

Cant just add the Verratti price to it though. For all we know that could have been taken from next years budget if by some small chance that deal went through.
Little to no chance there is 352m to spend in my opinion.
With Coutinho and Paulinho minus Marlon I think we might need to get another CB.

Not talking about expectations, so this "did well did not well" stuff doesn't really matter (Rakitic overperfomed on the treble season while Hazard went awol, but Hazard is better without doubt). I am talking about technical quality.
Again, Paulinho is not a Barça level player and I am disgusted for seeing him joining us, but he is twice the player Song ever was.
If we can't get Coutinho then I'd settle for out of favour Herrera and blow the rest on Dybala and Dembele
Leicester aren't the same team . I reckon he's one of those who do better with top teams ..
