i don t understand the inaction too. nice couldnt use their 25m buy option. we could realistically get him for under 35m. i havent watched semedo but i like pereira. even if he s not who we want, barca should at least keep tabs.
IMO Pereira is more complete and better than Semedo

Currently yes, Pereira is a little bit better but Semedo has much higher potential.
Semedo is only one month younger and a few points behind Pereira,
That would have been a stronger point had Semedo been a lot younger

Potential isn't always about age, some players really only start to flourish when they get a bit older. Doesn't Pereira want to play as a winger anyway?
