Gignac is an excellent choice.. fits the profile we need.. especially the financial aspect.. he plays with intensity and lucho seems to like that

Bring Eto'o back instead. That'd actually be awesome if he was up for it(and didn't demand high wages which he'd probably do lol).

Eto'o and Gabriel Jesus for the future and close the Summer for incoming transfers :coffee:

MD and Sport are becoming pretty desperate when it comes to the FW search.

Finding a Forward has been the hardest job for Robert this summer, but you get this feeling that Robert has been putting out a lot of smokescreens to confuse MD and Sport. While both did report in our interest in Andre Gomes, but none of the Catalan Media manage to leak the negotiations for him until Barto accidentally leaked the signing. :lol:

It's the same with the Digne case as well, it came out of surprise. All this Covers of the Forwards we have been plastered on MD and Sport's front cover is both of them covering their asses so they won't be Technically wrong if Robert has indeed found someone they featured.

Hell Sport Put up and article several days ago claiming Robert had 34 other options to Vietto if we can't sign him. It's sport just covering the bases and thinking out of the Zillion names they linked us with one of them has to be the one Barca sign!

But we are going for guys like Gameiro who is a waste of time going for. He costs a lot and should be a first teamer somewhere. The young guys like Jesus are too expensive and not developed yet, and they wouldn't develop behind Suarez.

A guy like mandzukic could come and not expect to play but still be useful for rotation and emergencies. Maybe gig Mac isn't good enough but my main point was don't be opposed to an older experienced striker.

Mandzukic is a donkey. He would be useless. If we buy someone he has to bring something to the table.
