Juventus have an excellent manager who knows how to set up a team.

Tactics are overrated as fuck. Would you say that Zidane is a tactical genius? Let's get real, tactics don't mean much these days. Get the right players, keep them in good shape and happy. That's what matters.
Dani Alves was a world beater in Sevilla, Barça and he still is now at Juve. You reckon he needed a tactical genius to win him all those trophies?

We are not better than Madrid, but the difference in performances and consistency was very big because of how poor Enrique and the whole management was this season.

The teams are close in value, especially as far as the first 11 is concerned. Both clasicos showed this, since neither team really domiated the other in a clear way. But in the end you are as good as your performances, and Madrid was better this season overall. They certainly didn't lose 4-0 and 3-0 in the Champions League for example. That's an embarassing way to go out. And we're certainly good enough to compete with anyone, under normal circumstances. But this season was fucked up, and again, I blame Lucho mostly for this.

We're a midfielder or two + a good RB away from being better than them again. Obviously a decent tactical coach too.

This summer will be hugely important for the team.

Zidane has showed more tactical variety than most of us would like to admit. He's not a tactical mastermind, but he keeps it simple with that Real Madrid midfield and knows how to exploit the opponents' weakness too. Referee also helping them ;)

Alves had a couple of seasons here where all he did was frustrate everyone, was all over the place and launching a gazillion crosses into the box. So yes, he need a decent coach with certain tactical instructions so he doesn't start doing what he's not supposed to.

Please, for the love of God. If only to see the legend Gianluigi Buffon lift that CL trophy with tears in his eyes. Let Juve win this.

You mean playing without a right wing for majority of the season,
starting mathieu as LB in a classico we lose 3-1
putting mathieu against Cuadrado vs Juve
Mascherano marking Chiellini, Ramos in cornerkicks

all these and more are overrated?

High hopes on Juve. But you have to realise Monaco is lacking the experience, the level of Real Madrid, Bayern, Juventus or even Barcelona. I think Real Madrid will win in the final just because of the statistics, the history - they haven't lost CL final in 30+ years. Juventus on the other hand have a rich history of being on the losing end. The two consecutive CL finals in the 90's lost to Dortmund and Real Madrid, plus the 2014/15 final.
