city is so bad on many levels

Based on the performance of the team. He could tell the team would fall short of what Guardiola envisions and that they wouldn't be able to maintain it.
It's been 3 months ago now, I wish I could recall his exact analysis.

City was above all plagued with injuries, they played with no defense for a long period. It's not just the system.
It's been months since city had a good starting 11.
