I'm sure a lot of players, even if they don't say this out loud in front of the cameras, are well aware of the risk of not making it at this club. I think even some of the best talents know for a fact that Barca is the most elite tier there is, and that the pressure is incredible. And unless they are absolutely freaks in terms of talent and skill, they know the margin of error for very slim.

Take Dembele for example, he probably knows his credit line so to speak inside the club is getting thinner, and he'll need to show something really special this season to make it and prove doubters wrong.

He has this year and maybe the next to make it or he'll be sold.
