with the money thrown in this one can Wonder why not build a new stadium .. anyway , this step is necessary , it sure can hurt the mercatos but it's necessary

Building is actually one of the few things we should trust Barto at.

I love all those innovations, but right now, I think there could be more... in a decade, all those "innovations" could be called out-dated. It's a bit wrong timing imo. I'd seriously think about investing more and making the "sun-screen" from solar panels. Would make the electricity bill a nice zero with a potential of making a small profit each year. It's a sunny place.
