What is the best under 21 11 you can think of?
I'm pretty sure this is in the wrong section, but I wasn't sure where to put it.

Wrong section my friend, mods please move

We have a section called "International football", think it would be best in there

If we're talking about U21 eligible in Europe then they would need to be '94 born and younger. Barkley, Draxler etc. would be too old.
