Julian Weigl

He is a DM, I have yet to see him showing serious potentials in playing more of a CM role. He could be Busquet's replacement one day though.

He just turned down an offer by PSG with a higher wage, reportedly. Respect.
He doesn't want a paid vacation in Paris :p

I am completely open to purchasing Weigl as Busi's replacement, or even the possibility of CM.

We can also do something like 2010 Spain, with two highly-technical ball-playing CDMs and Messi in a free role, in front.

That would be fucking awesome, and would be a fantastic tactical variation to have up our sleeve.

And it could only truly work, like a well-oiled machine, if the two CDMs are of a high-level of technique and talent, like Busi + Xabi Alonso.

He is quite old to be a replacement unfortunately. He is one of my favourite, but Busquets still has good at the very least three more years if not five. Weigl is 22 and I do not see him staying at Dortmund if he keeps improving and I do not think he is going to be okay sitting on the bench. O. Busquets is the ideal replacement as of right now. He is only 18.
