This is absolutely bonkers.
Had someone, a month or two ago, suggested a talented - if rather unproven - kid like Martial would sell for 40-50M, let alone 80M, it would have been dismissed as crazy talk.

Yep. United has been chasing Bale,Mueller etc all summer long and tried to play hardball with Real for Ramos but in the end all that failed. Now it's deadline day and they're Panicking and they are prepared to blow 80million euros on a 19 year old kid. United got cocky as they have the money to do all this and thought "We can buy anyone we want!" Mentality so they tried like I said to Chase Muller and Bale and it failed. United's management got slapped with a cold hard Reality check and now they're paying the price for it.

To even think that a couple of months ago people valued Pogba at 30-50M on here. He's going to go for well over 100M. We won't be able to compete with the PL when it comes to transfers at this rate.

Man Utd don't realize here that they're absolutely destroying the transfer market. Atleast the likes of De Bruyne are proven and done well for NT and a club in a top league while Martial is just a promising youngster.
