Sergio Busquets

It's not just that he's totally finished, it's that the Busquets-model player is archaic in current football that is all based on strength/speed/pressing. Even a 23 year old Busi wouldn't cut it today.

This guy isn't just past his expiry date, he's a fossil.

That is wrong. Busi was a master at keeping the ball and always making correct passes, with a succesfull pass ratio better than Xavi. He has lost both those qualities that made him great.
He is a giveaway machine.

Some years ago I said that we will never again win the CL with him in the team. Now I think that we won't win any titles until he is gone.

He's a legend but been past it for a few seasons now. Looks like he's going to be an undisputed starter under koeman as well. Shame.

Not sure what the hell coaches see in him (Enrique, Koeman, Valverde etc). He is clearly past it.

Sure, he has great brain for football but for today's game he is just too slow physically. He can't keep up.

Lucho would bench him today no doubt. Best manager we had post Pep.

Yep. Like he did with Raki. He saw that problem ahead of time, unlucky for him Gomes was a worse replacement.

Yea, current events made me appreciate Lucho more. It's true he had a much better team, but he also reacted faster when things went wrong. He benched Pique and Alba too btw. Subbed Neymar in quite a few games. Benched fucking Xavi Hernandez.

Lucho was a bad coach, no question about it. Let's not look at it with rose tinted glasses and call out basic things such as benching Rakitic, and Pique now and then as big things. He was a poor tactician and stubborn.

Having said that, the absolute litany of pure garbage coaches we have had since Pep, it's shocking that Lucho was probably the best among the worst. It's crazy how we cannot seem to find even one good manager

Lucho was a good coach.

14-15: 60 G, 50 W, treble. We beat AM x 4, RM, Juve, Bayern, City x 2, PSG X 3 all in one season.

175 goals scored, only 37 conceded.

He had a super team but he kept us physically sharp and it's statistically THE GREATEST club football season ever.

Let's hope this ugly brainless (+DeJong) guy chokes on something soon.
Can't stand his guts. Doesn't give a damn about any competitions. Liverpool? Don't care and even turned his back on THAT corner-goal. Liga? Remember?

Legend💣💥

He had old Busquets, trash Rakitic and turtle Gomes. No coach in the world can play good football with these players. We won 6-1 against PSG and had lots of chances against Juve away even though we lost 3-0.
