Is he any good?

He was loaned to Rayo for the 2014-15 season and had a good stint according to some sources.

He has/had a load of potential, but I heard on several occasions that his attitude hadn't been right in training, which made his performances suffer on the pitch. I'm actually not sure why Chelsea are keeping him, probably until he has a good loan season so we can sell him for maximum cash. He has no hope here any more.

Linked with Sevilla apparently. Emery is supposedly a huge fan.

If we sign Kakuta, it will mean either Reyes or Vidal will leave. Vidal most probably.
