Even though Borring has had his contract rescinded, the situation is far from stable at the club. Keller, the captain, is obviously extremely unpopular and has lost all trust within the squad, and I doubt he'll be there much longer.

Minor case all in all obviously, but a pretty good example on how not to conduct yourself as club captain. Just imagine a scenario where Iniesta (or Messi for that matter - now THAT would set off a shit storm rarely seen before in the footballing world :lol: ) has an affair with, say, Suarez' wife...

Which ones? The ones in the original article that El Flaco posted? He's a disgusting douchebag in any case.
Latest twist being that coach Colin Todd has gone public and announced that he won't be playing Keller again, ever. And this despite the club holding on to him. Badass decision from Todd, but risky.

Last wednesday FC Basel won their 7th league title in a row (19th overall) in the Swiss "Super" League.

And best of all their most beloved arch-rival FC Zürich finished dead last and got relegated. Oh joy, oh glory! :lol:

Their president (and main shareholder) is a complete fool. He got rid of all the football knowledge in the club and thought he could run it by himself (actually together with his wife and dog!). Pure comedy!
