It also says that original contract signed in 2011 was 'dissolved' in 2013.

The text clearly shows only 40m was paid to Neymars fathers company.

I asked the author over there. Her answer is that the double 40m figure she mentioned is the same money. So 40m, not 80m.

A penalty of 40m was all that was paid.

Quite clearly shows that 10m from 2011 was taken into account. Do has the judge just left out 30m paid in 2011 and 10m paid In 2013?

You are trying to read something that is not there.

If 80m was paid to n&n why are they only looking for tax on 40m?

It makes no sense.

I thought we paid 86M for neymar, how much more did we pay then?
