He can, but he is far too static as a striker for La Liga IMO.

He will cost more then Neymar, so unless he himself forces a move he's staying for the forseable future, Madrid will probably go for someone like Icardi.

Juve have been holding quite well in CL in recent years despite not having all the money or pomp average epl side gets. Hope they manage to lift themselves up in return leg.
As for epl teams let's see how they fare at the end of the season because they have been pretty shit in comparison to La Liga teams and historically way below Italian teams.
