Easy one. Messi. He can't be replaced.

Xavi is hard to replace, but i could mention a few names that could replace him in a good way. However, obviously no one currently has the level of prime-Xavi.

Xavi easily. Messi just turned 27 and has at least 4-yrs of prime left. With a younger Xavi by his side, we'd be contending instead of the mess we see today.
