I want Rafinha too, I love the guy and he's in form. And to think better, He will probably start because of the PSG game on wednesday.

Take a look at Chelsea. They stick with the same team for EVERY SINGLE IMPORTANT MATCH (except injuries etc.). We should do the same. We have seen enough by now to make a start-11, that can play most matches.

Bravo
Alves - Pique - Mathieu - Alba
Busquets
Rackitic - Iniesta
Messi - Suarez - Neymar

Mascherano, Bartra, Xavi, Pedro and Rafinha can have their chances in easy games or as subs. The rest should stay subs and just play Copa del rey etc. A bit rough to Mash, Bartra and Xavi who have done well, but we need consistensy now!

It will be very bad for them in the spring because of that.

Why are we playing on a Sunday when PSG are playing today and Juventus have played on Friday? Stupid LFP!

Exactly.

They are already showing signs of fatigue.

But we do need consistency in terms of lineup b/c chemistry is extremely important. Look at Madrid. STarted out poorly but Ancelotti stuck with the lineup and now they're on the verge of 18 straight wins.

Sure rest the players in easy matches, but we need to have a consistent lineup that will perform. Need to start now b/c we're about to enter the knock out rounds in the CL, and we're about to enter the middle part of the league season.

Not wise to compare with real madrid in my opinion. As thing stands now we they are just to far ahead. We dont have
The quality players we once had and quite obviously isnt playing pep football. You dont win anything with a good attack, you need a good midfield and defense also.

If we had bought kroos - enrique declined - instead of rakitic. And a right back and two world class cb - then we could have conquered europe. Now we have to wait.

That's a recipe for peaking early like we have in the past two seasons.

Ter Stegen must play. He has to get some match rhythm before playing against PSG.

Enrique should play the same defense he intends to put out against PSG in this match as well.

--------------Ter Stegen-----------
Not Alves--Pique--Mathieu--Alba
--Rakitic----Busquets----Iniesta--
---Messi------Suarez----Neymar--

Sub in during the game: Xavi, Rafa, Pedro.

Yes, that would be the rational thing to do... But :lucho:

By the way, love your lineup, especially the RB

Ter Stegen is not going to play, i'm 99% sure.
Alves is going to play. He was rested against Huesca and the alternatives are not there right now.
Xavi could possibly also start. He was also rested against Huesca.

However, i must say that i agree with you. We should use this match as preparation for the PSG-match. That match is the only tough one left this year, so we should focus on winning it.

Alves will 100% play as he's suspended for the PSG game.

Doubt ter Stegen gets any minutes, he played 90 mins in Huesca.
