We would have lost with Cesc as well, the boy was slow and would have had plenty of turnovers.

I was against it since before it happened.

It's worrying to read his observations about Neymar. And he has been vocal on this in the past, on numerous occasions. I hope Lucho has what it takes to mould Neymar into a true Barca player.

Agree. From what I've watched of the game so far, this game was not so much about PSG attacking well, or pressing, but Barcelona being incredibly sloppy/arrogant with the ball (and then defending set pieces poorly- big surprise there). The first two PSG goals came from set pieces that were the result of unnecessary take-ons by Alves and Alba. Credit to PSG for making Barça have to play well with their marking in the outfield, but this was far from the aggression and physical play and foul-a-thons we've seen in the past that has caused Barça real problems.

The first set piece goal was caused cause alves decided to try and dribble past three PSG players then Mascherano just standing around letting DL turn and shoot. Then the entire defense and TS left Rakitic in no man's land surrounded by three players with the ball incoming granted he should have done better still.

As long as we dont work as full unit we wont win cl again. Only a good united team will win cl as the past showed. Real last year didnt won because of ronaldo they won because they worked as a team Bayern also as we did.... Maybe we should bench messi for few games and watch what will happen. We have enough worldclass players they shouldnt rely too much on him but they do and thats a problem.

Agree with this 100%. Defensive blunders, plus inane decision making by Dani, Alba and Sergio cost us a game we should have won. PSG played really well though. Now, because of this defeat we have to take the rest of the CL fixtures extremely seriously. I can see PSG getting 6 points of Apoel easily which means we have to do the same versus Ajax, which is a lot more difficult.
