Look the board fucked up in bringing Douglas here, but it's not Douglas's fault. So taking it out on Douglas isn't right.
What sense does it make to sign a player who isn't good enough for the B team?
How does this prove Neymar Sr. has a legit scouting network?
If he was good enough to even be considered an option in any game we may be playing such reasoning might make sense. Chances are pretty high it was money laundering, especially with it involving Neymar Sr and Barty, neither of whom have shown even a slight amount of honesty.

The display he showed in the one he played proved me enough.
He was poor in the early Copa rounds against 3rd tier opposition.
