If you're gonna dismiss all the votes for Pique, why make this post? Another one of those polls made solely to make a statement rather than to actually generate discussion. In this case, by a notorious fangirl of Hummels.

Someone took it to the heart. Its not like your vote was accompanied by any argument, a bit rich for playing down a thread for lack of discussion.

Sokratis was better than Hummels at club level this year because the latter struggled with injuries.

Sokratis also shut down Lewandowski in the Super Cup.

Is this a joke poll? Hummels struggled with injuries this year but he was still much better than Pique, you guys really need to start looking at things objectively not because someone is a player from our dear Barca.

Pique.

I just wish we could get one of these supposed WC CBs so we shatter this illusion. I can just see the pages of whining on Hummels thread after Ronaldo outpaces him like it's nothing.

Pique is special and fits perfectly in the system. Replacing him Hummels would be a mistake. He would be ripped apart just as Pique is.

He's viewed as better because he plays for Dortmund and not Barcelona. Reverse the situation and we'd be here discussing how much we want Pique.

Although it's obvious both play at their best playing next to a certain profile CB, like Puyol or Subotic. But in the end, Hummels is miles ahead of Pique.
