Shame about Bartra getting injured.

I don't think he was injured, he was subbed off to bring in Dahoud to reinforce the midfield as BVB simply was overran by Bayern too much by giving up the midfield earlier in the game.

Good second half from BVB, created a bunch of chances and came really close but too bad they couldn't find the equalizer.

At this point the Pokal is Bayern's, no strong teams left (Leipzig and Gladbach etc. are all out) to challenge them.

Leon Bailey is so damn fast and agile. Certainly still very raw but man this kid has got some potential, I need to start watching Leverkusen's games more often. Or he might get sold soon to a bigger club.

Meanwhile, time and time again Brandt showed what a total useless and clueless player he is.

Amiri and Hector are very interesting ones but they are actually all worth those clauses. Also Max Meyer is a free agent. Any semi-top club can grab up some great deals here.

^ True. I wonder why Bundesliga clubs are very poor at managing their players' contracts?

Köln has release clauses in their contracts in case they get relegated (which will pretty much happen). Most clubs have those and for them 6m for Horn and 10m for Hector is enough to get promoted again.. Brandt is still playing with his first professional contract, and the low release clause was pretty much the requirement to get his signing. Tah and Amiri are indeed questionable, but at least they are the most expensive on that list.
