He had many issues and disagreements with the Della Valle family (owners) as well, and it ended up with him going on holiday instead of staying to "sort them out", so they took it as a sign of disrespect.

Hmm, too bad for them respect doesn't win trophies then, I really taught Fiore's season could be built on for the future.
