Just my thought. He was nothing special at the WC, maybe because LB is not his main position

Fair enough. I thought he was pretty effective, especially in the group games, but apart from the WC I haven't seen much of him so can't really comment with any authority on him.

IMO he was one of Argentina's most consistent players in the tournament. Him and Masch were probably 2 of the best.

He is a bang average defender, if anyone pays that for him in my opinion it is worst deal of summer - worse than Luiz
