Yes. .The last match where all the central players were at their best - exept puyol - was against United in 2011. That was the real end of an era. Its an uncontroversial claim because the same level just wasnt there after that.

Lucho is somewhat lucky, he has the chance to Get rid of players who have started matches because of their name and not their quality.

Koke, Kroos and Vidal are all good. But my choice would be Koke. Versatile midfielder, young, energic and Spanish.
