Let's say that you know that Xavi will leave in this transfer window. Which CM would you sign to replace him?

I'd go for Kroos, but Koke is also good.

Rafinha will most likely be played at AM most of the time though.
If Xavi stays I see CM/Roberto/Xavi and Iniesta/Rafinha as the ideal lineup in midfield.

Since Gündogan is still not recovered and Koke is the best of the others imo I voted for him.
But if Modric wants to join us...

Why is Gündogan an option but Pjanic isn't? The former has been injured for a whole year now

Koke is the best solution. Young, strong, technical and spanish, already knows the blaugrana players etc. etc. Throw 40m to Atletico and sign him. They won't say no to such a sum.

but when he wasnt injured he was 10 times better than pjanic

When was that, a year ago? Gundogan career is in danger, because back problems don't just go away forever.

Well unfortunately for him Pjanic is now 10 times better than a year ago and Gündogan hasn't played all season

Koke is not a CM, I don't think he would be able to replace Xavi
