Neymar Jr: A Season in Review

Could have done more. I think he had some good moments but not what i expected and what i was waiting since the confederations cup which he was a beast.

Played good. He's shown flashes of brilliance. Great dribbling skills and he's fast.

Not a prolific goal scorer. At least not yet. The tiki taka style might actually be a bit of a hindrance to him. He likes the ball at his feet, dribbling at defenders to make something happen. Not really a one touch pass kind of guy. And sometimes when he's in, we don't have much movement in attack.

He's still got time for improvement, though. The unrealistic hype put additional pressure on him and there's already enough pressure to perform when you play for Barcelona, plus teammates like Messi, Iniesta, Xavi, Cesc, etc...

Would like to see if he him do more but it'll take some experience for him to get used to the team's style of play.
