But the clubs are not, and Villarreal is not a club who can afford to keep a player against his will. I think Umtiti and Mustafi are better options than Musacchio though, even though Musacchio would also be good, but he is older. Definitely better than Laporte.

Well, it's the reason we reportedly dropped the thoughts of signing him the first time.

3rd Party ownerships not allowed anymore, BUT not retrospective, can't be ofc, and I can't find anything about Villarreal buying their shares out.

not the world-beater a team like Milan needs to compete again but a step in the right direction nonetheless. i always enjoyed musacchio's work at villareal.

He's good when healthy but has problems staying on the field.

Kessie and Morata apparently also close to Milan. Looks like they are finally moving into the right direction.
