No,he is a fan of Chelsea and Mourinho already said that he does expect him to play a lot next season ,this year is about getting used to EPL and the team etc
He's actually a Barca/Liverpool/Milan fan. Said so to local TV back when he was playing in Egypt (before joining Basel).

He then said he wants either Chelsea or Man utd or RM when he was in Basel, don't remember that he ever said he is Liverpool when he was in Mokawloon ,but can't be sure

Well he's been getting more chances off the bench in recent times, scored against Arsenal, and after starting against Stoke he has another goal and a all round good performance under his belt. He's different to what we currently have, I'm quite happy with what he's done so far when given a chance. God forbid Liverpool had him right now!

Reports in Egypt that he was allowed to miss out on Military Service in the country to play for Chelsea as a part of an education program, but the Minister of Education has apparently rescinded his registration for it so he has to get back and complete it which would take 1-3 years. The Egyptian FA, National Team Staff and the Ministry are due a meeting soon to find a solution or else he'll have to leave everything and get back to Egypt right away.

Why did they rescind it for?? If he has to go back then we need to buy another attacker unless Mourinho wants to take a punt on Lucas Piazon. Either that or push Cesc forward and buy a midfielder.

Who will force him to go back? If he has to go to the military, he won't go to Egypt, simple as that. Maybe they'll reconsider when their best player doesn't play in the NT anymore.

Military service for his educational degree is 2 years,
it happens a lot for Egyptian players but in most cases those things would get sort out,he will need a family member to register him in any other college so that he will be free from Military service until 28(or until he get his degree which isn't gonna happen),he will probably try to get himself another passport someway or another to get himself out of it(there is another under the table methods for stars like him)
It will end good,Military service never prevented players from playing abroad,in contrary some players used it to there benefit and when they play abroad and dislike it out there, apply for military service to go back to Egypt and play in domestic league (in this case Fifa decide the players price),this isn't the case for Salah as he is living his dream playing in one of the top clubs in Europe
And he already said he isn't coming back to egypt until it is sor t out,Chelsea fans will have nothing to worry about
