Joined my side (Birmingham City) on loan from Man Utd on loan and scored a 33 minute hat-trick on his debut. Heard a lot about him before his move, could be one for Moyes in the future.

Goes down in Blues folklore if he never pulls on the blue jersey again. Just shows the class difference between $$$PL academies and Championship academies. What a debut.

A lot of top English players are emerging from academies from lower leagues..

Our academy has produced gems in Butland and Redmond in the last few years, but before that we hadn't had any talent in years. Mutch, Darren Carter and Andy Johnson the only players of note.
