Not necessarily. It's all legal, I'm sure the number of solicitors and lawyers involved in such a big transfer would have made sure of it.

Both parties have to have some sort of sweetener as part of such a big deal. Santos got a lot of money, they get to play Barca in friendlies. While Barca get Neymar, and first option on a number of their young guns.

LOL this is the problem with many Brazilian players who are "hot at the moment." You have to wait until they've played at least 2 seasons not 10 games before making assumptions.
