His decline in form seems to be due to mental problem IMO.
His performance was way better and promising during his Sevilla and Villarreal days.

Most likely he can still join a midtable la liga team even after doing poor in the PL so he only screwed us, not really himself.

It is not mental.
This guy is just a crappy footballer.

The funny thing is that now even Andre Gomes will be able to make a decent career outside of Barca.
While Denis and his setskills are suitable only for:
1. Uefa or midtable La Liga team
2. Uefa or midtable Seria A team

He is so physically weak that he is almost unplayable in EPL.
In La Liga, he can play decently since in Spain majority of teams play a technical football and he can offer some runs and some good actions here and there.
In Italy, teams are slow as turtles and he could probably play there also in some midtable team.

His footballing quality and physique is not good enough for top European clubs.
And his physique is not good enough for EPL and Bundesliga.

He will probably end at Lazio, Fiorentina, Betis, Espanyol or MAYBE in West Ham, Crystal Palace and similar.

Arsenal are supposedly cancelling the contract and sending him back !
Their fans voted him the worst ever January transfer..

Instead of going for more playing time he goes for glory and now he is on the bench till his loan ends. I think he can do better with more time like gomes paco etc.. He is just costing us money because we cant sell him for a decent price now.

This will turn out to be a failed loan, probably be back with us next season.

Can’t complain if Everton buy Gomes though, one successful and one failed loan.
