It's not a swipe, it's a honest observation how thousand year old Seedorf can boss the Brasileiro A. And that really doesn't come in surprise when the game has so much less quality and is played such a slow pace.

European Leagues, age 16-35, 84 goals 582 games, 0,14 GpG
Brazilian League, age 35-37, 12 goals 34 games, 0,35 GpG

Thats what happens when put on penalties maybe.

Seedorf hasn't scored penalties in Brasileiro.

And it's not only goals either, he seems so much better in there than he did in his last seasons in Europe.

Not particularly, because Serie A is a very slow paced league aswell, Seedorf bossed from deep, but couldn't hack it further upfront in Serie A any longer, look at his performance against Tottenham at WHL in the champions league, completely dominated the 'pace and strength' of Tottenham. He is still now in great physical shape and always had the brains, probably had new motivation aswell & didn't want to do your stereotypical wind down your career in Brasil, wants to prove to everybody that he can still hack it.

Anyway nice to see you weren't swiping at his goalscoring record, which i thought you were.

He hasn't announced retirement yet, though, has he? I went to check his wiki, and he's scored a walloping 20 goals in 42 matches for Botafogo. That's seriously impressive.

Yes he hasn't retired yet, and he does indeed score. But coaching so early after his retirement wouldn't be so good idea im thinking as well. Either Milan can't find one and it's a move of desperation or if they choose him rather than other options not so good idea.
