Pogba in the current Barca-team would look quite good imo.
But yes, he has been really overhyped last season. Good for Juve
he would look like something close to rakitic but for 100 m.
Not for that price they didn't. Barca don't have that kind of money anyway. For half that price he'd be worth pursuing.

Douglas never really got the chance, but i will give you the two others. Well, Song was played as a cb and rb or whatever, despite being a midfielder. Barca always do this type of nonsense, just because it works with Mascherano doesnt mean it will work for everyone.

I wonder if United truly knew what they were getting with Pogba? did Mou really think he has the skill set and Discipline to play as a DM/Deep lying play maker? someone who could control games while being Physically strong and score goals?
He's not that kind of Midfielder. He's a guy who likes to Roam forward to help start attacks like a CAM. Pairing him with guys like Rooney/Fellaini Would be like us having a Midfield 3 of Denis-Rafinha-Arda they're all the same type of Midfielder and not remotely Balanced.
United for the last couple of seasons needed to buy another Midfielder like Carrick but refused to do it. Pogba wasn't a bad Purchase,but it's currently Useless when you don't have the right tools to make him shine. Carrick is 35 and Injury prone and yet United have yet to buy a young Successor for him.
a Good DM like Busi/CM like Carrick and a Box to Box mid in a 4-3-3 would help Pogba out a lot but at the moment United are still missing the pieces to be effective.
