But to be fair I think we have better chances of getting Coutinho than Insigne. Cou would like to join us, on the other hand I don't think Insigne has ever really thought about leaving his hometown club.
 
If it is, we should put a bid in. Thats peanuts in this market. Even if he flops we will at least get our money back.

If his clause is really 35M and he wants to join, then I don't think there is any bidding involved. Simply pay the clause and he signs with us.

According to multiple reports, Lorenzo Insigne is very close to a new five-year Napoli contract with no release clause or image rights.

Most importantly, the contract will not include a release clause.

It’s reported Napoli President Aurelio De Laurentiis had wanted to introduce the €100m clause, which would be even higher than the €90m one activated by Juventus for Gonzalo Higuain.
