Some pretty big players missing who I strongly considered, especially in midfield/attacking midfield;the likes of Wilshere, Verrati, Isco, Gotze, Neymar. However, I think the combination of players I went for suit the team's overall balance better. For example I think some of them are more talented than Lamela but I wanted somebody left footed on that side to cut inside. In the midfield, Gundogan can switch with Pogba, becoming a deep lying playmaker while allowing Pogba to function as more of a box to box midfielder.

It's worth noticing that Belgium has the most players in your team, amazing how talented their current and coming squad is!

I actually think Alaba is better than De Sciglio and as you noticed especially the midfield is just an extremely hard decision, I'd probably go for Verrati, Thiago and Wilshere. About Lamela: why would you want both wingers to cut inside? I think it would be useful to also have a winger who can cross the ball to Benteke.

I just prefer having both of them cutting inside. I'd have both full backs pushing forward to put in crosses for Benteke. I probably would throw in Alaba instead of De Sciglio for that reason. I hadn't even thought of him.
