He's "Alves natural successor", according to sport. He's a rw, that Zubi wants to transform into a rb, because he played a few games there. Song 2.0, as it looks like.

bvb have 2 fullbacks who were forwards and 2 cb who were earlier in their carrier zdm's and nobody makes a drama..

It would like cuadrado as rw or rb..

Don't think it'd make sense to buy him as a replacement for Alves.
Maybe they'll sell both Alves and Alexis, and he'll be bought as a temporary replacement for Alexis and cover the RB in case of severe injuries, and if he can't defend, it'd just be a waste, another Alex Song.
And if he's bought, hope he doesn't take to long to get used to the playing style like Alexis did.

If only Montoya didn't look clueless in front of goal he has that ninja ability to just sneak past defenses in very dangerous areas in the box

Why are we looking at offensive RB's when we have Alba...it's time to sell Alves, bring in a defensive RB and let Alba attack. Unless we decide to put Messi on the RW...then we could use an attacking RB to link with him and buy a defensive LB....Alba wouldn't play much.
