Also, we're just embarrassing ourselves with these offers. I highly doubt the £101m is up front.

I'm more shocked we're using most of the Neymar money on Coutinho. It doesn't make much sense to me.

Way too much. Dembele and any good midfielder, Saúl, Keïta, Diawara, Seri or Koziello.

We should as well secure Goretzka + Giménez since they have not renewed their contracts yet. We should actually approach them so they do not renew their contracts or buy them right now for cheap.

yeah fuck that.. he's £90m at most even in this market. i got a bad feeling the board want him as a direct Neymar replacement (LW) which will be another disaster. better to just buy Dembele and Seri then pray the vote of no confidence works

Danny Murphy - ex Liverool capt and legend ( in some eyes ) has just this minute said on Sky Sports that he feels that Coutinho will be going to Barca .... the feeling is that because he's so set on joining us he won't be the same player if he's forced to stay ....

Klopp also said tonight that Coutinho isn't available for tomorrow's game or the weekend one as he's NOW poorly as well as having a bad back and he hasn't trained for ages !?!?!?

Especially at prices like this, if we get Coutinho we won't get Dembele. Dunno where Seri falls into all of this, but I think they're treating this like an either/or for Dembele/Coutinho and the board likely thinks of Coutinho as a LW player. Di Maria is reported to be his alternative for what it's worth :lol:.
