Does somebody have footage of his amazing dribble from opponent's box to the centre circle, while there were multiple players open to pass to?

Zlatan, Coutinho, Arda Turan, etc. What's common amongst them? Panic purchase! Even Dembouz is a panic purchase but at least he is not a player supposedly in his prime when we bought him.

That and the backwards dribble sum up his performance yesterday. The worst thing is that after that shot, he still could've passed to Dembele, but he tried to dribble 4(!) players instead.

A smart guy would give Dembele 45 minutes vs Levante and then start him in the CL. Let's see what Valverde does.

How is any of those 3 a panic but?
Ibra? Pep requested him, forced his opinion on management who wanted Villa, stalled his contract extension until the deal was done. It was very calculated deal by the coach, a mistake by a young coach but not a panic buy by any mean.
Arda? We were a team who just won the treble, had Pedro renewed and had a strong team. But again a coach forced his opinion on the board while being in a very strong position. He was bought very early.
Coutinho? We chased him for 6 months and bought him in next transfer window, he was class back in Liverpool and I don't think by January there was any panic for this buy. It was more of a marketing thing

Can't understand all the hate he is a good player who had a dip in form but still from his passing we see the quality is there ...if he was playing for another team half would be crying to see him here...against parked bus would rather have him than any other player
valverde is a great coach but he should prepare coutinho better mentally we see it when ever he has the ball he is between two minds should go for goal or pass it to Messi...even protecting the ball he was strong at it now like he is scared if valverde work on him we have a great player that needs only confidence

Dembouz can't be a panic buy because we already wanted him the summer before but he rejected us.

I doubt people here would push for signing current Coutinho for 160M.

After all that pricetag is and will stay his biggest problem. If we signed him for lets say 70M it would be great to have him as an option but he is the 3rd most expensive player ever.

It's not his fault if Barca executives paid that amount for him and expected him to be something he was not. There is no attacking midfielder in the world who would justify € 160M, maybe De Bruyne if he wasn't so injury-prone.

Yesterday he played well. Some nice dribbles, set up Suarez in the opening minutes of the game, a bit selfish because he's trying to prove a point but generally 7.5/10 for him. If he played like yesterday, occasionally scored those long range belters in important games and had cost € 80M, no one could complain.

Alas, he'll never be good enough with that price tag.

I'm really curious why we are not trying to hijack the Hazard deal from under Madrid's noses as we have assets they might be very interested in getting. Give them Coutinho + Umtiti for Hazard, buy De Ligt => team is set for next season.

I love how everyone sounds as if they foresaw this to be a bad deal. Go back a few pages and youll have a laugh in hindsight.

Hazard probably has a deal in place with Madrid already.. otherwise yeah we should totally hijack, Hazard was the player we should of gone for even before we got Dembele imo
