As matter of fact, why you don't buy a Meyba logo of Barça, from the 80s (that logo you can find in ebay) hand-made and used in Meyba shirts from barça?

I just got a barca shirt from somewhere in the 1960's the logo says cdeFB when did we change it to FCB?

Its been changed alot over the years. In Franco's time the club was called Barcelona CF (Club de futbol, spanish) to try and alienate the club from its heritage, it only strengthened it.
To answer the question I think its around 1975, when Franco's regime ended.

Yes, as mitkoa7x said, Franco tried to hide all the catalan heritage from Barça.
