I don't follow Italy but who is closer to taking over for Buffon when he's retired: Sirigu or Perin?

I can tell you I think Perin will be better than Sirigu. But it all depends on how much longer Buffon plays with the NT. If he retires right after the WC, I'm not sure if they'd trust Perin to be ready yet. Maybe by Euro 2016.

But yes Abbiati is generally shit, and that was a sarcastic statement.

I don't know Alaba to judge, i've only seen him in Champions League games to which he has been good. I can tell you all about De Sciglio though as i've seen all of his games. More defense first, both footed, excellent crossing with both feet, plays both LB/RB & has been played at CD. I think he is unbelievable talented & the composure he shows is way beyond his years.
