The hardest teams to defend against are the ones in which every player can score. Few teams give me this kind of feeling. We been relying to much on Messi for goals and, in the past, the front three.

---> So, more shooting sessions should be included in training for all players bar the goalies and attackers.

It would be fantastic if he decides to sacrifice his ego in the name of the club, being in the role of a backup striker. He loves FC Barcelona, his wife has lived for many years in this city, the kids, the family... matters related to more than football.

    2) Currently we have no adequate player to replace Busquets in case of injury. This could develop into a serious problem in few years time.

    3) Retirement of Iniesta.

    4) Semedo being on and off, the RB position is totally owned recently by Sergi Roberto which is not his natural position. He belongs to the midfield, I still believe in that.

All in all I don't want to see FC Barcelona turn into a Galacticos flop which 2003-2006 period turned out to be for Real Madrid.
When you are saying that luis suarez would be great option from the bench, sure he would, but is it normal to keep player like him on such salary and use him as a 2nd option? Not for me, why paco isnt good enough as a 2nd option? He is not WC but he is decent player who showed that he can help this team and what is most important he is okay with the bench, reminds me of adriano as a LB.

Best option would be selling suarez, even if he find his form and start scoring, nobody shouldnt care if he and his family are feeling good in barcelona

Having said that a lot of the other players have been scoring this season though. We were relying on Messi to score beginning of season yeah but not as much anymore.

It does. Gomes will be there though, think we can count on it. Not sure about Vermaelen and Jasper staying though.

    True.

Gomes always seem to end up staying with every rumor of him refuted. Jasper seemed to be open towards staying despite his limited role. Seem to enjoy his stay in Barcelona and he's still Netherlands' #1 choice.

I got to be honest, I've grown fond of Vermaelen

Seem to be a very decent person and performed very well. Have the mentality and attitude of a warrior unlike a certain guy we just got rid of. If he stays injury free for the rest of the season, I wouldn't mind giving him another shot if he want to stay. That's just me though, I would understand if the club wanted a new, younger CB that doesn't have a history of injuries.

Too good to be true. Don't think we'll get both Griez and Arthur.

Don't see how one would impact the other except maybe in terms of budget. They play in different positions.

We seem to have lost interest in Arthur regardless.

Squad trimmed to 22 players after latest loan deal. Valverde said he likes smaller squad and now he has it. Just hope we don't end up too thin (if we lose Aleix too) as Dembele staying fit is big question now.

I love Xavi but no. He compromised his chances by choosing to follow cash instead of learning to be a coach.

I am getting more and more annoyed watching Barca though. Some of the worst football in more than a decade.

Stop with this 4-4-2 nonsense with central midfielders playing outside would be a good start.

All of the club’s midfielders are central players, and I include Coutinho and Gomes, Roberto in that. At a push Coutinho can play as a LWF in a 4-3-3, but if you spend £150m on a player, then it makes sense to play him in his best position. He should play in the three in midfield, along with Busquets and Rakitic/Roberto. He’s iniesta’s replacement, not Neymar’s.

Suαrez, Messi, Dembele should be the front three.

    Go back to a 4-3-3

Gomes, Paulinho, D Suarez, Delufeou, Paco, Arda should all be sold.

Griezmann, Arnaiz, and maybe a cheap winger should be added in the summer, as options in the front three in addition to MSD.

Thats what im saying all the time. Didnt anyone see how much Iniesta sucks on the outside in 4-4-2. He loses his complete strentgh there and is more like a shadow. 4-4-2 should only be used in tough games away where the other teams building up a strong pressure.
Otherwise it should always be 4-3-3 cause our players just fit better there.

    Messi-Suarez-Dembele

and the a mix between Iniesta,Coutinho,Busi,Raki, maybe Roberto
Cou and Iniesta could also play in the front row.
