Even if any club pays the clause, the player still has to agree to sign for that club.. Umtiti is signing for the future, he is 22 and can give Barca at least 10 years on top level.. If he prooves himself I'm sure the board and the player himself will do everything to stay.. I mean, there is no higher level than Barca.. City,United,Chelsea only if he flops..
