Samuel Umtiti

I believe Samuel is the more talented one among him and Varane. Raphael is great defender, but he's prone to blunders a lot.

On the topic - really happy for Umtiti winning the World Cup. Just a couple of seasons ago he was virtually unknown to the football world. Fekir and Lacazette were running the headlines in Lyon. No doubt Samuel established himself in the Top 5 of defenders in the world in recent times. Another thing to add to the Umtitol legacy is the fact he scored a corner kick goal in the semi-final against Belgium just like Puyol scored a corner kick goal against Germany in the semi-finals of WC 2010.:umtitol:

love how composed he is with the ball at his feet. that's what sets him apart from varane because defensively they're both top class

We and sadly Real have a great 2 young CB's in Umtiti and Varane. They are much better than clowns Ramos and Pique already.
Comeback and say this when these guys are 30 . Pique is a world cup winner and was the Fucking CB . Now don't bring all those logics of spain had xavi , xabi blah blah . You don't play for spain as the fucking Cb in a world cup for fluke

Watch most of their matches (Barca and Real, France) and I've always thought Umtiti was a better defender. Not always on better form, like this tournament - but better. Opinion.
