Messi and Pinto do seem very close, they always seem to hang out together.

Messi-Pinto is actually what made me start the thread. I saw those pics of Messi visiting Pinto's house with his girlfriend and baby Thiago and wondered about how close they are, that is, who's close friend with who in the squad.

There was a rumor not long ago that said that the reason why Pinto won't be sold is because he's Messi's best friend, but I never believed it until I saw that pic, its probably true.

Off-topic, but... Why would Barca want to sell Pinto? They paid half a million € for him and he's a solid 2nd goalkeeper. Strange...
